オペレーション総合職
<職務内容>
アマゾンのフルフィルメントセンター/デリバリーステーションでは、お客様のニーズを満たす(Fulfill)ための重要な拠点です。お客様との約束のため、正しい商品を迅速かつ正確にセンターから届けるために、日々、継続してオペレーションの改善が行われています。 そのフルフィルメントセンター/デリバリーステーションで、チームを率いてご活躍いただくエリアマネージャーを新卒募集します。 ポジションの最も重要な役割は、オペレーションにおける工程管理(出・入荷・在庫管理等)、人材育成(パフォーマンスやモチベーション管理)などを通じて、数名~数十名となるチームをリードすることです。自らマネージャーとして、担当プロセスの改善・改良に努めるだけではなく、チームメンバーがお客様のために仕事ができるように、またそれを妨げる一切の要因を排除できるよう、環境を整えます。 さらにチームのリーダーとして、職場における満足度、モチベーションに関わる事柄、スケジュールに関するコミュニケーション管理、給与・待遇に関わること、また現場で発生する様々な問題に対応します。 重要なスキルは、お客様へのこだわりを実現するための高い目的意識を持ち、チームを率いるコミュニケーション能力となります。
