At Red Bull Japan, we're looking for a Regional Marketing Graduate to join our Student & Field Marketing team. In this role, you'll help shape strategies that resonate with our key generation groups, optimize programs through data-driven insights, and collaborate across departments to deliver impactful campaigns.

Job Description
- Entrepreneurial Mindset
- Bring fresh ideas and innovative solutions to improve processes, develop training, and create new projects that surprise and delight consumers.
- Integrated Marketing Support
- Partner with internal teams to align strategies and deliver impactful campaigns that resonate with local audiences.
- Performance Analysis & Improvement
- Evaluate key program metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and create tools that drive smarter, more efficient execution.
- Coordination & Support
- Assist in managing ongoing projects, support regional teams, and maintain alignment with global standards and HQ guidelines.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude
Quick learner, comfortable working independently
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mathematics, or Engineering
Fluency in Japanese & English (verbal and written)
