当社は2013年に設立された少数精鋭の不動産デベロッパーです。

【総合職】2026年新卒採用
仕事内容
用地取得から企画設計、売却の業務を一気通貫でお任せします。
- 主な業務内容
・開発用地および収益不動産の取得
不動産デベロッパーのミッションは「人々の心を動かす街づくり、建物づくり」を行うことですが、そのためには開発用地の取得(購入・投資)が欠かせません。
都内の不動産仲介業者様を中心に営業活動を行い、マーケットの調査や市場に出ている不動産の情報収集、事業性がありそうな隠れた優良物件を探してくることが大きなミッションになります。
会社間の繋がり、ではなく営業マンの人間力をもとにお客様1人1人と深く関係構築をしていくことが求められます。
・事業企画
開発用地を購入したら、どんな建物を建てるかを企画します。
「こんなのあったらいいな」「これからの建物に求められるものって何だろう」
「最近のトレンドって?」「この街にはどんな人が住んでいるんだろう…」様々な要件や日常的な皆さんのアイデアをもとに設計士と打ち合わせを重ね、街や人にとって最適な企画を考え抜きます。
・竣工した不動産の売却
企画をもとにおよそ1年~2年かけて皆さんのアイデアがようやく形になります。
出来上がった建物に無事入居者が入り、稼働した段階で建物を売却します。
販売先は様々ですが、国内外の機関投資家や富裕層に向けておおよそ数十億円の商品を販売していきます。
入社1年目から不動産開発業務のすべてに携わり、数十億円規模の事業を動かせるため、手に職がつく早さや、専門知識の習得は他では体験できないレベルです。
評価制度
評価時期は上期(4月~9月)と下期(10月~3月)の年2回に分割されます。
定量評価が難しい職域ですが、期初期末の目標面談、評価説明面談、社長面談(年1回)などコミュニケーション機会を重視し、定量面、定性面の評価をきっちり行います。
必要な経験等
- 学 歴
四年制大学または大学院を卒業・修了している方
- 求める経験・スキル

・不動産業界、ベンチャー企業のいずれか、若しくは両方を志望している
・宅地建物取引士(未取得の場合は入社までに取得)

月給:35.2万円
- 固定残業代:有(月45時間はみなし残業といたします)
