不動産売買領域のDXを行い、家を買う人、売る人、働く人等すべての不動産に関わる人をエンパワーメントするスタートアップ企業です。

本求人では、次世代型不動産エージェントファームのマネジメントとして、

共に事業を伸ばし、組織を創り上げるエージェントアドバイザーを募集します。

[業務内容]

・エージェントのフォローアップ(案件整理、モチベーション管理、業務フォロー…etc.)

・エージェントの採用から育成までを一貫して担当し、組織体制の構築に寄与する。

・社内のエンジニアと共に、不動産売買における既存業務フロー改善に向けたプロダクト開発を推進する。

TERASSに所属する、多くのエージェントをマネジメントしていただくため、売買仲介案件の相談なども多く受けることになります。

年齢・性別・キャリアに関係なく対等な立場でエージェントと接することができる、プロフェッショナルな人材を求めています。

◆Terass Cloud - エージェント向け業務支援システム

不動産エージェントの業務を円滑・効率的にサポートし、エージェントのスループットを上げることを目的とした業務システムです。

現在提供している機能は各種申請・書類の取得・書類の審査・報酬や費用の管理など多岐に渡ります。

◆Terass Portal - 売主向けコミュニケーションシステム

不動産エージェントと売主のコミュニケーションをサポートするサービスです。物件の売却情報をリアルタイムで可視化することにより、従来の売却活動で発生していた不安を取り除き、顧客が希望する条件での売却を最大限サポートしています。

具体的には、担当エージェントとのチャットでのコミュニケーション機能のほか、各種ポータルサイト上での掲載状況の表示や、周辺の売り出し事例等、売却の参考となる情報を提供しています。

◆Loan Finder - エージェント向けローン検索システム

国内の主要な金融機関の住宅ローン情報を一元管理しているシステムです。これまで不動産エージェントによって知識や銀行の選択肢にばらつきがありましたが、本システムを利用することで顧客に最適な金融機関を提案することが可能となりました。

始業時間、終業時間は法律の範囲内で自身で決める上、事前申請も不要です。組織で動くために必要な打ち合わせはすべて原則オンライン。それ以外の時間の使い方はすべて社員のオーナーシップに任されています。
