仕事内容:
バイリンガル保育園(グローバルスクール)にて、スクールマネージャーとして運営にかかわる以下の業務をお任せいたします。
【業務内容】
・入園希望者の説明会、見学対応
・新規顧客開拓
・受付対応
・園職員のマネジメント
・保護者からの電話・玄関対応
・保護者向けのレター作成
・申請書などの各種整理作成(Excel・Word・PowerPoint)
・備品類の発注(稟議申請含む)
など
その後のキャリアとしては、新規事業(海外留学事業等)のプロジェクトマネージャーなどのキャリアチェンジなども実例ございます
月収 31万円~
給与備考 【月収内訳】
基本給:295,000円
プレ手当:15,000円
研修終了後に別途、役職手当・管理職手当を付与

説明会や園行事にて土曜出勤あり(振休取得可能)

・塾や英会話スクールなどでのマネジメント経験
・営業および事務業務の経験
