We are seeking a skilled and experienced AI Engineer with a deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their applications in production environments.
This role requires a forward-thinking individual passionate about AI-driven solutions and capable of developing cutting-edge systems to tackle complex business challenges.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable AI systems, integrate LLMs into business processes, and ensure their robustness and efficiency.
ResponsibilitiesLead the development, fine-tuning, and deployment of LLM-based services to solve real-world business problems, ensuring high performance and scalability
Explore and implement techniques like prompt engineering, token optimization, and model fine-tuning to improve LLM performance
Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, translate them into data-driven AI solutions, and communicate findings and recommendations clearly
Conduct data acquisition, cleaning, and exploratory analysis to support AI model development and ensure data integrity
Present complex AI and data analytics concepts to clients and stakeholders in an easily understandable manner, bridging the gap between technical and non-technical audiences.
Monitor the performance of AI solutions, ensuring quality, accuracy, and alignment with business objectives through regular validation and iterationWork with cross-functional teams to enhance business processes and develop new features that improve efficiency and client experience
Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and professional growth
Stay current with advancements in LLM research and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, AI, or related fields
3+ years of hands-on experience in AI development, with a strong focus on LLM-based applications
Demonstrable experience with LLMs, including techniques such as prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and optimization for real-world applications
Proven experience in translating business requirements into data-driven solutions and effectively communicating the results to diverse audiences
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to derive meaningful insights from complex data sets
Proficiency in Python and familiarity with object-oriented programming, multiprocessing, and API frameworks
Hands-on experience with relational databases, cloud-based data warehouses, and data visualization tools
Solid understanding of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and transformer architectures
Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to continuous improvement and learning
