本募集では、蓄積されたデータを解析面から活用し、新たなプロダクト価値へと繋げていくためのコアメンバーを募集します。技術的な不確実性とユースケースの不確実性を低減し、0→1のプロダクト実装をリードしていただける方を求めています。
■業務内容
データ基盤と業務特化型アプリケーションの両方に、機械学習やデータサイエンスを適用・実装します。
アイデア発案からPoC開発、プロダクト実装・運用まで一気通貫で携わり、フルスタックなスキル成長が可能です。
・新規プロダクトに対するプロトタイピングと実証実験
・課題探索とソリューション提案(デザイナーやPM、ドメインエキスパートとの連携)
・LLMや数理最適化など技術起点での解決アプローチの企画
・簡易UI(Streamlit等)を用いたプロトタイプ開発と現場フィードバックの収集・改善
・解析上の技術課題解決およびチームでの安定したシステム開発
■応募資格
【必須要件】※全て当てはまる必要なし
・5年以上の機械学習モデル及びデータサイエンスの開発経験
・機械学習、統計、線形代数、コンピュータサイエンスに関連したアルゴリズムの基礎知識
・機械学習を活用したビジネス上の課題を解決する業務経験
・ステークホルダーに対しての検証レポートの作成経験
・Python、Rust等を用いたWebサービスに関わるAPIの開発、運用経験
・AWS、Google Cloudなどクラウドサービスを利用した業務経験
・Docker等のコンテナ技術の基礎的知識
・Git、CI/CDを用いたチーム開発、運用経験

・機械学習モデルをプロダクトにリリース・運用した経験
・MLをコアとしたプロダクトのプロダクトマネジメント経験
・数値最適化手法のビジネス活用経験
