エコキュート修理販売会社における経理事務のポジションです。主に経理業務全般やその他の事務作業を担当していただきます。

【主な仕事内容】

  • 弥生会計を使用した仕訳入力
  • 領収書・請求書の整理
  • データ入力・書類作成
  • 電話・メール対応
  • その他の一般事務サポート

シフト制での勤務となりますので、柔軟な働き方が可能です。経理事務に興味があり、チームでの業務を円滑に進めるためのコミュニケーション能力が求められます。

求める人材:

《資格》経理事務またはその他事務の実務経験をお持ちの方弥生会計の操作ができる方基本的なPC操作(Word, Excel)ができる方数字に対する理解があり、正確に業務を遂行できる方

《歓迎資格・経験など》

  • 事務の経験がある方
  • 簿記(3級以上)の資格をお持ちの方

《求める人物像》

  • チームで協力して業務に取り組む姿勢がある方
  • 自己管理ができ、責任感を持って業務に取り組める方

勤務時間・曜日:

シフト制での勤務となります。具体的な勤務時間は以下の通りです。

曜日固定なし

週2~3日の勤務(月85時間以内)

9:00~18:00(一日6時間以上 相談可)

シフトの相談は可能ですので、ご希望があればお知らせください。

休暇・休日:

  • シフト制に基づく勤務
  • 完全週休二日制(土日祝日)
  • 年次有給休暇

勤務地:

国内出張はありません。

屋内禁煙

アクセス:

最寄りのJR・東急電鉄 五反田駅から徒歩で約3分の距離です。通勤に便利な立地ですので、快適に働いていただけます。

給与:

  • 昇給あり(※随時)
  • 通勤手当支給(上限25000円/月)

  • 勤務時間やシフトについては、ご希望 に応じて柔軟に対応します。
