《お仕事内容》

建築資材を扱う専門商社で、営業事務・経理補助のサポート業務をお任せします。

多少でも経理の経験があれば、営業事務は未経験からでも始められ、先輩がマンツーマンでしっかりサポートする環境です。

営業事務業務

・来客・電話対応

・受発注業務

・見積書作成

・在庫管理 など

単なる書類作成だけでなく、営業事務としてお客様からのお問い合わせに対して、

自分で調べ、確認し、回答する業務もお任せします。

取り扱う商品の種類は幅広いですが、調べ方にはコツがあり、慣れれば難しくありません。

お問い合わせは固定のお客様が9割のため、やり取りを重ねる中で関係性も築きやすい環境です。

時には「さんいる?」と名指しでご連絡をいただくこともあり、

頼りにしていただけるやりがいを実感できます

まずは定番の関連商品を覚えながら、

お客様との信頼関係を少しずつ深めていきましょう。

経理業務

・請求書の発行・支払い処理

・予算管理・各種計算業務 など

※経理は経験者か資格保持者。経験豊富な方は優遇します

まずは先輩と一緒に業務の流れを学び、

慣れてきたら少しずつ担当できる仕事の幅を広げていきましょう。

未経験の方でも着実に成長できるよう、

段階を踏んで学べる"ステップ式研修"をご用意しています。

【1ヶ月目】

来客・電話対応の基本をはじめ、商品知識や伝票処理など

日々の業務に必要な基礎をしっかり身につけていきます。

【2ヶ月目】

受発注業務の流れや在庫管理のポイントを理解し、

少しずつ実務に触れながら、仕事の全体像をつかみます。

【3ヶ月目】

お問い合わせ対応など、実際のやり取りを通して

一連の業務をひと通りこなせるようになることを目指します。

独り立ちまでは およそ1年程度 を想定しており、

その間は先輩が丁寧にサポートしますのでご安心ください。

焦らず、一歩ずつ成長できる環境が整っています。

求めている人材

多少でも経理の実務経験がある方(もしくは資格保持者)

営業事務業務の実務経験は不問・未経験でも歓迎

高卒以上

  • 簡単なPC入力ができる方
  • 人の役に立ちたい方、話すことが好きな方

勤務時間詳細


総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり160時間

8:30~18:00 または 9:00~18:00

(1ヶ月ごとの交替制)

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 21万円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり3万2813円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり21時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

通勤手当・家族手当は実態に応じて支給いたします。

お給料には21時間分のみなし残業代が入っていますが、実際の残業は月10〜20時間程度です。

今年はスタッフの希望で北海道へ。観光バスでガイドさんの話を聞きながら、みんなで楽しく過ごせます。

職場環境


当社は残業が少なく、平均月10〜20時間程。ほとんどのスタッフは18時半迄に退勤し、19時以降まで残ることは殆どありません。「転職して家族と一緒に夕食を楽しめるようになった」と喜ぶ声も多数。社員みんなが安心して働けるよう、制度の見直しにも力を入れています。
