職務内容/Job duties 【募集背景】

企業を取り巻く環境が変化し、リスク(不確実性)が多様化する現在において、外部・内部環境の変化やリスクの変動を短期・中長期の双方の観点から俯瞰して、経営に影響を及ぼすリスクをマネジメントすることを重要性が高まっています。

従来の経験・勘や限られた情報に基づくリスク管理では、サステナブルな経営は難しい状況となっており、経営の視点、グローバルな視点からのリスクマネジメントの取り組みが求められています。

EYストラテジー・アンド・コンサルティングは、国内外向けのコンサルティング比率(アウトバウンド比率)が50対50となるグローバルコンサルティングファームであり、「経営に着目したリスクマネジメント」「国内外の環境を俯瞰しての、グローバル視点でのリスクマネジメント」「データドリブンによるリスクマネジメント」という新たな発想により、経営に資するリスクマネジメントを掲げており、この取り組みを一緒に遂行することが出来る方を募集します。

▼主な業務内容は次のとおりです。

1.企業等の経営戦略及び組織体制に影響を及ぼす外部環境、内部環境の分析(国内外市場の動向、海外事業や新規事業に係る分析等を含む)

2.経営・グローバルリスクの分析・対応に係るコンサルティング

3.企業・組織のリスクトランスフォーメーション(抜本的改善)に係る分析、企画、運用に係るコンサルティング(コーポレート/グループ・ガバナンスの高度化を含む)

4.上記1から3に係るDigital Transformation(デジタル観点での改善及び高度化)のコンサルティング

Qualifications

応募資格/Qualifications ◆シニアマネージャー/マネージャー

【必須要件】

・リスク領域におけるコンサルティング経験、アドバイザリー業務経験が5年〜7年程度ある方

(※シニアマネージャーは2~3件のプロジェクトをかけもちしてデリバリーをハンドルすることができるスキルと経験)

【上記必須要件に加え、以下いずれかに該当する方】

■コンサルティング会社経験者

・財務領域を中心としたリスク管理に関わるコンサルティングのご経験

・海外における事業機会の創出支援のご経験

・事業の成功に向けたリスクマネジメント・危機管理対応支援のご経験

・コーポレート/グローバルガバナンスのご経験

◆シニアコンサルタント/コンサルタント

以下何れかのご経験が3年以上ある方

■コンサルティングファーム出身者

・戦略系コンサルティングのご経験がある方(M&A、PMIのご経験等)

■事業会社・総合商社出身者

・企業の製造から販売まで一連の業務プロセス、業務管理のご経験(営業販売戦略立案、基幹システム立案等)

・市場・現地法調査のご経験

・経営計画、事業戦略立案のご経験

・海外子会社管理のご経験

・財務管理のご経験

・リスクマネジメント、内部統制等に関連する業務の経験
