We are looking for talented invidual to join Marsh Japan as Country Management Coordinator to support out country management team. The position is based off Tokyo, Japan. This is a role that has hybrid working requirement of working in the office at least three days in a week.

We will count on you to/ 期待する役割:

  • 新規プロジェクトマネジメント補佐業務:プロジェクトスケジュール管理、社内関係者との進捗確認、経営会議や各種社内ミーティングへの参加(含むリージョンやグローバルとのコールや会議)
  • 戦略案件管理、施策実施の支援
  • 経営陣、リーダーシップメンバーの補佐業務 等

What you need to have / 必要な経験スキル:

  • 大卒以上
  • 多国籍なグローバル企業における経営サポートやエグゼクティブ秘書業務経験者
  • 秘書業務未経験者の場合、管理部門や経営企画室における戦略立案、国や会社を跨いだ社内調整や折衝業務を経験されている方(職種やポジション不問)
  • ネイティブレベルの日本語力、ビジネスレベルの英語力必須
