「経営企画マネージャー/組織立ち上げ【プライム上場SaaS】」のポジションの求人です
【ポジションについて】
成長中の東証プライム上場企業において、予算や中期経営計画の策定、KPIや計画進行状況の管理、M&Aやグループ企業の管理など、マネージャーとして経営企画業務を幅広く担当いただきます。
経営に近いポジションで、会社が進むべき方向性の企画・検討や経営の意思決定のサポートを行いながら、役員とも近い距離で業務を行いますので、経営に関する知見を習得でき、自己成長に繋げることができる業務です。
【具体的な業務】
■年度計画・中期経営計画の編成と進捗管理
■グループ経営管理(グループ各社・各部門の予算・実績管理、KPIなどの係数管理)
■M&A/投資(案件検討、デューデリジェンス、エグゼキューション、投資後の経営管理支援)
■IR業務のサポート/コーポレート・ガバナンス対応
■経営に関する特命事項

経営企画部(1名)への配属となります。
現在業務は取締役の方と経営企画部長の方が行っております、
こちらの方々と新しく募集するメンバーの方と共に部署の立ち上げフェーズから携われる環境です。

・上場企業における経営企画業務経験

【給与】
年収 800 ~ 1200 万円
賞与1回(12月)・別途業績に応じて業績賞与(6月)
裁量労働制
なお、経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります
