当社は「令和を代表するメガベンチャーを創る」というミッションを掲げ、ノンデスク産業のDXを推進する複数の事業を展開しています。特に、ノンデスク産業に特化した国内最大級の採用プラットフォームは業界の深刻な人手不足を解決するサービスとして急成長を遂げています。

物流、建設といった巨大産業のDXに挑む当社は、第二創業期を迎え、M&Aや新規事業開発を加速させています。今後も事業成長を継続させるためには、より盤石なコーポレート・ガバナンス体制が不可欠であり、今回は法務部門の実務を担うメンバークラスを募集します。

若手法務として幅広い契約法務・コンプライアンス実務に携わりながら、将来的にはIPO準備に関わるチャンスもあります。

業務内容

・契約書のドラフトおよびレビュー(各種取引契約、NDA 等)

・事業部門からの法務相談対応

・新規サービスに関する法的リスクチェック

・社内規程の整備補助

・コンプライアンス関連業務のサポート

・株主総会・取締役会運営の補助

・弁護士や外部専門家との連携

・その他、法務部門業務全般

入社後は契約法務を中心に実務を担当いただき、経験に応じて業務範囲を拡大していきます。

・事業会社または法律事務所での法務実務経験(2年以上)

・契約法務の実務経験

・文書作成スキルおよび論理的思考力

Q:なぜノンデスク産業に着目してビジネスを展開しているのですか?

A:私たちは「令和を代表するメガベンチャーを創る」というミッションから逆算して、どの業界よりも市場が大きくまだ開拓されていないノンデスク業界に軸足を置き、ビジネスを展開しています。その為、業界に興味を持ってご入社された方より、「競合が少なく、大きな市場で業界で1番を目指していけること」、「会社の成長が早いことで、スピード感を持ってキャリアアップしていけること」を求めてご入社される方がほとんどです。また幅広い知識をつけることを目的として総合領域の人材企業を選択される方もいらっしゃいますが、本当に市場価値を上げたいのであれば業界の知識よりもどんな業界でも通用する汎用的なポータブルスキルの方が大事です。(業界の知識は調べれば誰でも身につけられるので、市場価値を上げる手段にはならないため)

Q:トラックドライバーの時間外労働時間上限が制限される『物流の2024年問題』の煽りは受けませんか?

A:『2024年問題』は当社にとって追い風です。『2024年問題』を契機に、荷主・運送会社共に危機感が生まれ、人材採用とデジタル化への投資を積極的に進める会社が増えています。

また、コロナによって非対面を前提としたオペレーションが増えた結果、デジタル化も進んできています。人口減少する日本におけるDXの最後の砦と言われる、ノンデスク産業に対して、人材採用と業務管理のデジタル化を急速に推し進めており、時流に即した黒子の成長企業となっています。

Q:ノンデスク産業はなんとなく大変なイメージがあります。実際はどうですか?

A:大変さがあるとすれば「営業力を伸ばすための成長痛」だと思います。ノンデスク産業の人材紹介はまだまだ発展途上であるのに加えて、専門性が高く、大手の総合系の人材紹介と比べて求人数が少ないです。
