■担当業務内容
1)ウェハの清浄度分析・評価技術活用による、ウェハの洗浄試験、先端顧客との打ち合わせ、半導体ウェハの新規洗浄技術開発とその先導
2)イオン交換樹脂を用いた脱イオン試験、μCDIを使った、新規CDIの開発とその先導、現場試験による既存装置の課題抽出とそれを解決する、新規純水装置の開発
