仕事内容:

全国340店舗以上の不動産会社とフランチャイズ契約を結び、年間20,000件の転勤サポートを行っています。

転勤に伴う引っ越しを安心・安全・快適に行うための法人対応専門の賃貸不動産ネットワークの運営を行っていただきます。

*全国の加盟店候補先の発掘及び勧誘業務

*全国主要都市での定期研修会の開催運営

*加盟店のサービス品質評価及び、対応力向上に向けたアドバイス

*加盟店収益の把握を行い、経営効率と収益率向上に向けたアドバイス

*ネットワーク網への有益な商材の提案活動

*加盟店の営業支援(スーパーバイジング活動)

*新規加盟店契約及び更新契約の締結事務

今回は、このフランチャイズチェーンの本部統制を担当頂く方を募集致します。

フランチャイズチェーンの運営をはじめ、加盟店候補先の発掘や研修会の開催運営、経営アドバイス等、業務は多岐にわたります。

上場グループでスキルアップを目指してチャレンジしたいという方にお勧めです。

・管理職経験者

・プロパティマネジメント経験者

・不動産オーナー等に報告書を作成した経験

・賃貸店舗運営の経験や知識

勤務時間・曜日:

月~金(土日祝日休み)

※年数回の土曜出社あり

【勤務時間】

9:00~17:30(実働7.5h)

給与:

年収5,657,800 ~ 8,212,600 円(月給362,900 ~ 538,800 円)

■昇給 年1回(7月)

■賞与 年2回(6月・12月)

※管理監督者のため残業代の支給はありません
