Q. どんな施設ですか?

A. 50名規模のサービス付き高齢者向け住宅「ライフリゾートしらさぎ公園」での勤務です。

Q. 具体的に何をするの?

A. サービス提供責任者として、訪問介護計画書の作成・指示入力・申し送り・記録確認・ケアマネとの連絡等の管理業務と、身体介助・生活援助等の直接的な介護業務の両方を担当します。

Q. 給与や待遇はどうですか?

A. 月給300,300円〜337,300円(固定残業代15時間分含む)に加え、勤務時間帯別手当が1勤務につき500円〜2,500円支給されます。昇給・賞与・退職金制度も完備しています。

Q. 勤務体制は?

A. シフト制による週休2日制で年間休日105日。6つの勤務時間帯から選択可能で、ライフスタイルに合わせて働けます。

A. 今川駅・平野駅から徒歩16分、車通勤も可能で通勤手当支給(上限17,000円)。アクセス良好な立地です。
