施工管理資格は必須ではありません。
現場経験・リフォーム業界経験を重視しています。

~仕事の流れ~
- お客様との打ち合わせ
お問い合わせやご紹介のあったお客様先を訪問し、
「内装をきれいにしたい」「設備を使いやすくしたい」など
リフォームに関するご要望を丁寧に確認します。
- 提案・見積内容の確認
プラン内容や見積を確認し、工事内容を整理。
営業要素はありますが、新規飛び込みなどはありません。
- 施工管理・引き渡し
ご契約後は、職人さんの手配や工程管理、現場の進捗確認を担当。
工事がスムーズに進むよう調整し、完成後はお客様へお引き渡しします。
住まいが生まれ変わった瞬間に立ち会えることが、この仕事の大きなやりがいです。

普通自動車免許をお持ちの方(AT限定可)
外壁塗装やリフォームに関する営業経験がある方は即戦力として活躍できます。他にも「職人や施工管理・現場監督をしていた」「別業界で営業や接客、販売をしていた」という方大歓迎です。
今後はSNSにも力を入れていく予定。「SNSを使った仕事がしたい」「日頃からよくSNSを使っている」という方もぜひご応募ください。
商談の際、奥様から様々なご要望を伺い、提案していく場面も多いです。「女性の気持ちに立った提案ができる方」も活躍できるでしょう。

事業拡大に伴い、会社規模を一段階引き上げていくフェーズに入っています。
今後を見据え、リフォーム現場を安心して任せられる経験者の方を、将来的に中核メンバーとしてお迎えしたいと考え、今回の募集を行うことになりました。
これまで培ってこられた現場経験や判断力を活かしながら、
まずは一現場の管理を担っていただき、
ゆくゆくは後輩のフォローや現場全体のまとめ役など、
会社の中心として活躍いただけるポジションを想定しています。
給与や待遇面でも、経験・役割に応じてしっかり評価します。

繁忙期を除き、基本的に残業は少なく、定時退社が目指せます。

給与
年収 円 ~ 円
月給 310000円 ~ 470000円
試用期間あり
試用期間の長さ:3ヶ月
