仕事内容:

オール電化・太陽光・リフォームを中心に暮らしを支える

総合住宅サービスを展開しています。

増員募集になります積極採用中

■お仕事内容■

住設部署(リフォーム)

新規お客様・既存のお客様にリフォーム提案

チラシのポスティング・訪問による集客も行います。

①お問い合わせあったお客様の対応

②ご要望のヒアリングをしたのち、プラン表・見積書を作成

③ご契約から引渡しまで進捗管理

④リフォーム後のアフターフォロー

入社後いきなりお任せすることはありません

まずは、知識を身につけていただくために、研修を行っていきます。

チームで営業をするので、初めての方も安心です

【未経験でも安心】

・入社後は研修&先輩社員に同行しながら実務を通じて営業を体験

・メーカー研修や工場見学などもあり、商品知識も自然と身につきます

・資格取得支援やキャリアアップ制度も充実

※営業未経験の方も安心してスキルアップできます

※資格取得は会社が全額負担資格取得後は手当で収入UP

給与:

月給25万円~80万円

※社内基準を基に査定
