【募集背景】

現在、AI技術の業務活用が急速に進展する中、全社的なAI活用推進およびAIガバナンスの確立が重要な経営課題となっています。当社では、AIコミッティを中心とした統制強化と戦略的なAI活用を推進するため、AI施策を横断的に企画・推進・管理できる専門人材の確保を進めています。
具体的には、コンサルティング会社と連携しながらAIコミッティのリード役を担い、AIポータルの構築、社内教育の企画・運営、部門横断のAI施策管理、さらにAI利用に関する社内規則・ガイドラインの整備を一体的に推進いただきます。全社のAI活用を牽引し、持続的な成長に貢献いただける人材を求めております。
【責任範囲】
■社内で利用するAプラットフォーム/AIツールに関する企画とプロジェクトのリード、ならびに、安定した管理・運用
■当社各部門/販社に対して、ビジネス上の課題を発見・整理し、適切な解決策を企画・提案・協議・合意形成に導く
■担当するプロジェクトにおいて、プロジェクトリーダーとしてAI導入関連プロジェクト遂行に責任を持つ。
【業務内容】
- AIプラットフォーム/AIツールの検証、企画書作成、業務実装
・クラウドのAIプラットフォーム/AIツールの技術検証、活用策立案、普及・啓蒙活動
・各種AIツールの運用管理
- AIコミッティーの管理・運営
・コンサルティング会社と協力し、AIコミッティをリード
・AIポータル構築・社内向け教育実施・部門内AI施策推進管理
・上記に付随する計画の立案・管理、環境整備に伴う社内規則、ガイドライン等文書作成・管理
- その他、各種関係するプロジェクト管理に付随する業務

【必須要件】
■ITインフラ(クラウド、オンプレサーバ等)
■ITソリューションに関する企画・設計・構築・運用・保守・コンサルティングなどの実務経験
【歓迎要件】
■何らかのAIツールの実装経験
【給与】
年収 600 ~ 1100 万円
※給与詳細は経験・能力・前職給与等を踏まえて決定
■賞与:年2回(7月・12月※過去実績5.37ヶ月)
なお、経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります
