【3段階で人事のプロへ】

STEP1:入社後~基礎研修

人事・採用の基本からスタート

・採用マーケティング・求人票の作り方

・面接スキル・学生対応

・会社説明会・採用イベント運営 などを学びます。

STEP2:実践トレーニング

OJTで先輩人事と一緒に採用活動を担当

面接同席・面談実施・SNS運用などを通して、実践力を磨いていきます。

STEP3:自立フェーズ

自分が中心となって採用計画を立案。

学生へのアプローチや新卒採用イベントの企画など、
