【仕事内容】

販売用トラックの陸送・車両管理業務などを担当しながら、夏頃に予定されている「新規事業の立ち上げ」に向けたサポート業務をお任せします。

~具体的には~

  • 販売車両の陸送(保管場所の移動や納車など)
  • オークションの手配・手続き
  • 車両の美観管理(洗車・清掃)、入出庫管理 ほか

~入社後の流れ~

まずは先輩社員についてもらい、車両の扱い方や陸送のルート、オークションの仕組みなどの基本業務を覚えます。専門知識がなくても大丈夫です。業務に慣れてきたら、徐々に事業立ち上げに関する補佐業務にも携わっていただきます。

【「ただ運ぶだけ」ではありません】

今回の募集は、単なるドライバーや作業員の補充ではありません。これから始まる新しい事業の「創業メンバー」に近い立ち位置での採用です。そのため、「言われたことだけやる」のではなく、「自分で考えて動く」ことが好きな方には非常に面白いフェーズです。将来的に組織の中心となって活躍したい方をお待ちしています。

【未経験から「経営」を学ぶ】

一緒に動くことになる新事業の責任者は49歳。経験豊富なベテランであり、これから一国一城の主となる人物です。そのすぐ側で働くことで、実務スキルだけでなく、事業をどう動かしていくかという「経営のノウハウ」や「立ち上げのリアル」を肌で感じることができます。将来独立を考えている方にも、またとない学びの場となるはずです。

【資格を活かして収入アップ】

普通自動車免許があればスタートできますが、大型免許や牽引(けんいん)免許をお持ちの方は即戦力として優遇します。大型免許手当、牽引免許手当など、保有スキルに応じての手当を支給。あなたのスキルがしっかりと評価される環境です。

実働時間:1日あたり7時間30分

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日 〜 22日

1年単位の変形労働時間制

9:00~18:00

※12:00~13:00に昼休憩あり

※午前と午後に15分ずつ任意の時間帯に休憩あり

※残業なし/残業があっても19時までには退勤しています

基本給:月給 25万円 〜 50万円

固定残業代:なし

通勤交通費は社内規定に従い支給

給与例


年収例/360万円(月給25万円+賞与)、450万円(月給34万円+賞与)、560万円(月給40万円+賞与)

20名の社員のうち、工場を中心に若手スタッフが多数活躍中プロジェクト推進チームの責任者は2017年の設立当初から在籍しているため、仕事のことは何でも質問・相談できます。BBQやお取引先を招いての忘年会といった社内イベントもみんなで楽しんでいます。
