【賃金】
1.学士
360,000円(月給)
内訳:基本給273,418円+固定残業代86,582円(40時間分)
2.修士
370,000円(月給)
内訳:基本給281,013円+固定残業代88,987円(40時間分)
3.博士
380,000円(月給)
内訳:基本給288,608円+固定残業代91,392円(40時間分)
※月40時間を超えた時間外労働については、別途時間外手当を支給します。
※通勤手当を支給します。(ただし条件および上限額あり)
【給与改定】
有 (人事考課の結果によります。)
【賞与】
有 (年2回 6月・12月 会社業績及び個人業績に基づき支給されます。)

【勤務時間】
標準勤務時間帯 9:00~17:30
所定労働時間7.5時間、休憩時間1時間です。
※楽天グループ朝会実施日の就業時間は8:00~16:30となります。
※一部、フレックスタイム制の適用部署があります。
コアタイム:11:00~15:00(朝会実施日は8:00~12:00)
休日/完全週休2日制(土、日)・祝日
