どんな仕事?

<宿泊施設向けフィールドセールス/自社開発SaaS「OPTIMA」の導入提案>

【業務概要】

全国のホテル・旅館の支配人や本部の決裁者を対象に、自社開発の宿泊予約システム「OPTIMA」の導入提案を行います。宿泊施設の集客課題や業務効率化ニーズをヒアリングし、最適なソリューションを提供。商談・契約・導入フォローまで一貫して担当し、顧客と長期的な信頼関係を築くポジションです。

【具体的な業務内容】

・インサイドセールスから引き継いだ商談の提案対応

・顧客課題・ニーズに基づいた戦略的アプローチで受注創出

・初期商談から受注までの案件進行管理

・カスタマーサクセスとの連携によるスムーズなオンボーディング支援

・顧客要望や機能のヒアリングおよびプロダクト開発へのフィードバック

・社内外ステークホルダーとの折衝や調整

・他部署との協業施策の実施

・業務効率化に向けたDX化

※商談は原則オンライン、商談件数は平均15件/月程度です。

「OPTIMA」は機能性・実用性・デザイン性を兼ね備えた自社開発SaaS型宿泊予約システム。国内の高級ホテルチェーン・旅館を中心に支持を集め、導入施設は2,000施設を突破。OTA依存から脱却した直販予約比率の向上に寄与し、継続利用率は99.5%と高評価を獲得。

組織拡大フェーズのため変化に対するアウトプットや共通認識をもって取り組んでいくために【対面】でのコミュニケーションを大切を大切にしています。基本的にはスピード感をもった意思決定ができるよう出社となります。

土日祝休み

給与


年俸制 450万円~600万円

(一律手当を含む)

当社では、無形商材の営業経験の有無に応じて選考基準を区分しております。

これに伴い、待遇面(下限年収)にも差異がございますが、実績や選考中の評価次第では、

下限を超える高い年収をご提示する場合もございます。経験の有無を問わず、ぜひ積極的にご応募ください。

  • 無形商材の営業経験者

下限年収:450万円~

  • 無形商材の営業未経験者(有形商材出身など)

下限年収:400万円~

・経験・能力・適正などを考慮の上決定します

・試用期間3か月あり(条件変動なし)

・月30時間分残業手当含む(超過分は別途支給)
