賃貸物件の管理業務をメインに、不動産に関わるすべての仕事に

携われるので、スキルアップにも繋がります。

賃貸契約書の作成(新規・更新)

解約時の精算業務

家賃の入金確認

入居者様からのお問い合わせ対応(電話・LINE中心)

  • 鍵の紛失、設備不具合など

修繕・リフォーム時の工事会社との打ち合わせ

オーナー様への送金明細作成

管理システムへのデータ入力

簡単な書類作成やチラシ作成 など

※現地対応は月1~2回程度。

賃貸管理の専任担当として、まずは日常業務からスタート。

慣れてきたら、

・入居率アップのための工夫

・修繕内容やコストの見直し

など、プロパティマネジメント(資産価値向上)にも関われます。

少数精鋭のため、管理業務のみならず他分野の業務をお願いすることも

ありますので、経験値を広げていける環境があります。

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

9:30~18:30(実働8時間)

<残業について>

原則定時退社で、月平均残業時間は15時間以内。

社風として「時間内に仕事を終わらせよう」という意識が強いです。

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 18万1037円 〜 22万6037円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり6万8963円 〜 6万8963円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり45時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:あり

【賞与】

年2回(7・1月)

※昨年度実績4ヵ月分(設立以来毎年4ヶ月分以上支給中)

※営業の売上げによって特別ボーナスが加算されます。

その他評価制度は給与テーブル表により可視化しています。
