役割:
  • 大規模IT変革およびビジネス変革プログラムのビジネスアナリスト。顧客や弊社内の専門家とコンサルティングを行い、デジタルトランスフォーメーションやその他の業務・システム改善を提案する。ビジネス/機能要件定義と分析、確認、テストを中心に、ビジネスとITプロジェクトをエンドツーエンドでサポートする
主な職務内容:
  • 要件収集、要件分析
  • ビジネスプロセス・モデリング
  • ビジネス・プロセス・リエンジニアリング
  • 仕様書作成、ソリューション文書レビュー、テスト計画など、本稼働まで
  • 機能要件だけでなく、非機能要件も担当する可能性がある
  • 画面レイアウトや、顧客体験設計のフィット感やギャップを確認することもある
Role:
  • Business analyst for large-scale IT transformation and business transformation programs. Consult with clients and our own experts to propose digital transformation and other business and system improvements. Support business and IT projects end-to-end with a focus on business/functional requirement definition and analysis, verification, and testing.
Main Duties:
  • Requirements gathering, requirements analysis
  • Business process modeling
  • Business process re-engineering
  • Specification writing, solution document review, test planning, etc. until production
  • May be responsible for not only functional requirements but also non-functional requirements
  • May also check screen layouts and fit and gaps in customer experience design


Requirements

必須のスキル:
  • 大容量のB2C/B2B eコマースシステムに関する豊富な経験
  • 認定教育機関での学士号取得者
  • 情報技術における少なくとも10年の経験
  • 何らかの領域における少なくとも4年以上のビジネス分析経験
  • 日本語および英語の十分な理解
  • デジタルサービスと顧客体験への深い理解
  • システムソリューションにおいてチームを率い、指導する能力
  • ビジネスステークホルダーとの対話に積極的に参加し、すべての SDLC ライフサイクルに参加すること
  • チームメンバーの仕事をレビューし、複雑な問題を解決するための指導ができること
  • ステークホルダー・マネジメント
  • 要件抽出と管理(エピックとユーザーストーリー/ストーリーマッピング/BDD)のチームを率いる能力
  • eコマース、マーケティング、双方向性、オペレーションにわたる最新の法人向けデジタルテクノロジーの経験
  • チームや部門を超えたファシリテーション、コラボレーション、状況認識、影響力の専門知識
  • デジタルサービスにおける顧客体験の意識を高め、顧客との関係を促進する
  • 高い(ネイティブに近い)日本語能力とビジネスレベルの英語力
Required Skills:
  • Expert experience with high volume B2C/B2B e-commerce systems
  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 10 years of experience in information technology
  • At least 4 years of business analysis experience in any field
  • Good understanding of Japanese and English
  • Deep understanding of digital services and customer experience
  • Ability to lead and coach a team in system solutions
  • Actively participate in dialogue with business stakeholders and participate in all SDLC lifecycles
  • Ability to review team members' work and coach them to solve complex problems
  • Stakeholder management
  • Ability to lead a team in requirements elicitation and management (epic and user stories/story mapping/BDD)
  • Experience with the latest enterprise digital technologies across e-commerce, marketing, interactivity and operations
  • Expertise in facilitation, collaboration, situational awareness and influence across teams and departments
  • Raise awareness of customer experience in digital services and drive customer relationships
  • High (near-native) Japanese proficiency and business-level English proficiency
