Welcome to the exciting opportunity to join our team at E-Commerce Company as a Business Growth and Client Experience Specialist in Japan!
In this role, you will play a key role in driving business growth and enhancing the client experience. You'll be responsible for implementing new services driven by local initiatives and adapting central initiatives for the Japanese market on SFCC. Your work will span across both front-end, focusing on introducing new website features, and back-end, collaborating closely with the local IS&T team, central business owners, and developers.
Your MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES include:
- Take charge of project management and conduct follow-up analysis
- Lead and execute HQ-led and local-led projects to enhance client experience and boost sales.
- Enhance the current situation by analyzing client feedback and implementing new services.
- Conduct follow-up analysis post-implementation to drive continuous improvement
- Share best practices from the Japanese market with HQ to promote global adoption.
- Manage your tasks efficiently and cultivate productive relationships with various teams.
