We provide services that cover a wide range of situations.
Rakuten Edy was the first electronic money in Japan to be introduced on a nationwide scale, and it has been introduced to many merchants across the country through a number of partnerships with various companies and repeated service improvements.
Electronic money is now considered to be a social infrastructure, and continues to grow as a new type of payment solution business, incorporating the latest technology.
On the other hand, there is a strong demand for compliance with relevant laws and regulations and measures to combat money laundering and other forms of fraudulent use, making it essential to strengthen the risk management system.
In the cashless industry in Japan, where competition is fierce and changes are rapid, we are looking for people who are willing to engage in a wide range of compliance work related to Rakuten Edy and Rakuten Cash, in order to provide a more secure and safe service.
■Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the planning, planning, and execution of compliance operations in the prepaid means of payment and funds transfer business.
・Planning and operation of compliance committee and secretariat
・Formulate and implement a compliance program
・Planning and implementation of compliance education and training
・Building a compliance system
・Notification to regulatory authorities, liaison office and inspection
・Projects for establishing various compliance systems
■Must to have Requirements
・More than 3 years' experience in compliance
・Basic PC skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
・TOEIC score of 800 or higher, or similar level of English
■Nice to have Requirements
・Experience in a management position in a legal and compliance department
・Working experience in a financial institution
・Able to see things from both a compliance and business perspective
・You have a thirst for knowledge
・Able to communicate smoothly with related departments
・Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified AML Specialist (CAMS)
