最初は材料や製品の取り扱いから

船舶部品や電車部品、エネルギー開発部品など、

私たちの生活に欠かせない製品を日々作り上げています。

入社後は、

・材料や製品の取り扱い

・図面の読み方

・道具や測定器の使い方

・製品の手入れや梱包

など、順を追ってお教えします。

慣れてきたら、旋盤やマシニングを使い、

さまざまな分野の精密部品を製作します。

その他の業務には、

・素材や製品の切断、手入れ

・寸法検査、梱包

・素材、製品の入出荷(受入れ、荷降ろし、積み込み、荷造り)

などがあります。

未経験でも安心のサポート体制

作業や機械の操作に慣れるまでは、

先輩スタッフがしっかりサポートし、

簡単な作業は半年程度で一人でできるようになります。

分からないことがあれば、何でも聞いてください

しっかり理解するまで丁寧にお教えします。

先輩たちもあなたの気持ちを理解しているので、安心して学べますよ

※興味があれば、CADCAM(2D・3D)のスキルも学べます

A.出社後、社長と図面を見てプログラムを考えて入力し加工します。

加工が終わったら検品して梱包し、納品まで行います。

総労働時間:1週あたり40時間

8:30~17:30(休憩60分)

・月平均残業:10時間以内(残業代全額支給)

・18時には退社するスタッフが大半です

・完全週休二日制(会社カレンダーによる)

※基本給・一律手当の総額

基本給:月給 21万5800円 〜 35万円

固定残業代:なし

1ヶ月あたり5000円 〜 5000円

※一律住宅手当:5,000円含む

昇給あり

賞与年2回あり(前年度平均実績:60万円)
