【仕事内容】

同社、本社にて建設コンサルタントとして造園分野の公共事業における調査、計画、設計業務を担当していただきます。

【具体的には】

■計画・調査

現況調査・分析:

対象地の地形、地質、水系、植生、歴史的・文化的背景などを多角的に調査し、課題や可能性を洗い出します。

基本構想・計画策定:

調査結果と発注者の要望に基づき、緑地公園、河川空間、街路樹、都市公園などの将来像を描き、全体的な方針を決定します。

住民参加の促進:

ワークショップなどを通じて、地域住民の意見を計画に反映させるための支援を行います。

■設計

基本設計・詳細設計:

樹木や草花、ベンチ、遊具などの配置、園路のルート、植栽計画、照明計画など、詳細な設計図面を作成します。

景観設計・デザイン検討:

緑と調和した景観を創出するため、視覚的なシミュレーションや模型制作を通じて最適なデザインを追求します。

積算・数量計算:

設計図に基づき、工事費用の概算を算出します。

各種申請業務:

都市計画法や自然公園法など、関係法令に基づく許認可申請のサポートを行います。

■維持管理

維持管理計画の策定:

施設や植栽が健全な状態を保つための年間計画を作成します。

劣化診断・長寿命化計画:

老朽化した施設の点検・診断を行い、改修・更新計画を立案します。

■土木設計の実務経験(造園分野)

■公共事業における都市計画整備設計に関するご経験

■RCCM(都市計画及び地方計画)

【給与】

【年収】600万円~900万円(例:35歳~55歳)

【月収】32万円~47万円(例:35歳~55歳)

※年齢・スキル・経験により会社規定で決定いたします。

残業代:別途支給 ※月平均20時間

賞与:年2回(6月、12月) ※昨年度実績:7.5ヶ月
