【仕事内容】

同社、本社が受注した環境案件の設計業務を担当いただきます。

【具体的には】

建築コンサルタントとして、以下の業務をお任せします。

■生活環境調査(大気・騒音・振動等)

■自然環境調査(動植物等)

※具体的な内容は、ご経験とスキルを考慮し、面接で個別にご相談させて頂きます

例)管理技術者として業務をまとめる、技術提案書を作成する、照査技術者として品質チェックを行う、

若手指導・技術的アドバイスを行う など

★全社で年間約150件のプロジェクトが稼働、若手含めた2~6名の体制で実施するため、

チームとしての仕事と若手の育成ができる環境です。

【給与】

【年収】700万円~1000万円(例:30歳~60歳)

【月収】35万円~55万円(例:30歳~60歳)

※年齢と経験により決定いたします。

※残業代別途支給

■賞与:年2回 2014年以降、支給実績が計月給8ヶ月分を下回ったことがございません

過去支給例:夏ボーナス月給2ヶ月分、冬ボーナス+決算賞与月給6ヶ月分など

■昇給:年1回(7月)

9:00~17:30(所定労働時間7時間30分 休憩60分)
