新規ポジションでの募集になります。レポート先は国内の People & Culture VPで、3名のTA/L&Dチームをマネジメントしていただきます。約15名のHRメンバーとも連携。

Responsibilities

Reports to: HR Vice President

Team Structure: 4 Member TA Team (will Manage 3 TA/TD Staff)

This role leads key talent and organizational development initiatives to strengthen people capabilities, support business growth, and ensure an inclusive and effective workplace. In this position you will:

– Drive organizational design improvements to enhance team efficiency, communication, and ways of working

– Lead change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions during structural or process updates

– Develop and implement talent management strategies, including performance, development, succession, and leadership programs

– Partner with global teams to integrate justice, belonging, and inclusive practices into local ways of working

– Manage and coach team members while overseeing key talent and organizational development projects

– Analyze people and organizational data to measure program effectiveness and guide continuous improvement

Qualifications

– Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or related field

– 8–10 years of experience in organizational design, talent management, and leadership development

– Strong skills in communication, collaboration, project coordination, and data-driven decision-making

– Ability to support change initiatives, lead development activities, and work effectively with various stakeholders (in Japan and Overseas)

– Language: Native-level Japanese and business-level English; valid permission to work in Japan

Salary

Company will consider candidates up to 11.5M JPY for annual salary (client may consider higher salary based on candidate skills and experience).
