仕事内容:
建設業界の人手不足を支える【法人向け人材営業】として、
建設会社と自社の施工管理技術者をつなぐマッチング業務をお任せします。
建設業界は景気に左右されにくく、常に高い人材ニーズがあります。
その中で、建設現場が求めるスキル・経験と、
施工管理技術者一人ひとりの希望条件を丁寧にすり合わせ、
最適な配置を実現していく仕事です。
【具体的な業務内容】
・建設会社への電話・訪問によるニーズヒアリング
(「どんな現場か」「経験年数はどのくらい必要か」など)
・建設現場の施工管理業務の受託
・自社施工管理技術者との面談・条件確認
・クライアントニーズに合った技術者のマッチング・派遣
・派遣後のフォロー(技術者・企業双方のサポート)
・継続的な関係構築・追加案件のご相談対応
入社後は先輩社員が必ず同行し、OJT形式で業務をレクチャー。
業界知識や営業経験がなくても、段階的に仕事を覚えられる環境です。

給与:
固定残業代あり:月給¥220,000以上は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥80,000(45時間相当分)を含む。45時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
想定年収:350 〜 500万円
月給30万円以上(固定残業代含む)+各種手当+インセンティブ
【月給内訳】
・基本給:22万円〜
・固定残業代:時間外労働の有無に関わらず45時間分、月8万円支給
上記を超える時間外労働分は追加で支給
※1年で50万円の昇給実績あり
