【仕事内容】

小売業界やホテル業界、通信業界など

様々な分野で利用されている、

海外システムのサポート窓口業務です。

▼具体的な業務の流れ

①企業担当者様からのお問い合わせ対応

②システムの不具合などの状況をヒアリング

③問い合わせ内容に応じて、システム提供元へ

英語で問い合わせを行います。

(※メールでの対応が9割)

難しい内容は翻訳ルーツを

使用しながら対応をするので

英語を使った業務が初めての方も安心です♪

定期的な面談で全面バックアップ

困っていることや不安な点を

そのままにせず、話しながら

改善点やコツを一緒に整理。

一人ひとりをしっかりフォローする

体制が整っています。

・土日祝を含むシフト制

(実働8時間、休憩1時間)

夜間の勤務も可能です
