  • 仕事内容

食事の湯煎調理、盛り付け、炊飯、下膳、食器の洗浄などを行います。衛生管理に配慮しながら、おいしい食事を提供するサポートをします。食事は、利用者さまにとって一日の中で楽しみにしている時間のひとつです。栄養だけでなく、見た目や香り、温かさも大切にしながら提供することで、心も満たすお手伝いができます。

週2日から無理なく勤務


週2日から勤務可能なため、家事や育児と両立したい方はもちろん、趣味やプライベートの時間も大切にできます。アプリシェイトでは、一人ひとりの生活リズムや事情を尊重し、無理なく続けられる働き方を応援。地域に根差し、利用者さまの安心と笑顔を支えるやりがいを感じながら、あなたらしいペースで働ける職場です。

Wワークで柔軟勤務OK


パート・アルバイトの方は法令順守のうえでWワーク勤務が可能。時間や曜日によって他の仕事と両立し、自分のライフスタイルに合わせた働き方ができます。無理なく続けられるよう、シフトは柔軟に調整。地域や利用者さまとのつながりを大切にし、スタッフ一人ひとりを長く支えるアプリシェイトならではの安心感があります。

交流時間でチーム力UP


各施設では業務終了後に20分程度スタッフ同士で交流する時間を設けています。週1~2回、自由参加ながら参加者には手当を支給。日々の業務で話しきれなかったことを共有したり、チームメンバーと気持ちをリセットできる大切な時間です。このようなつながりを育む機会を通じて、安心して働ける職場を私たちは作っています。
