職務概要

日本におけるSimcenterカスタマーサポートのディレクターは、Simcenterカスタマーサポートチームを率い、顧客のオンボーディング、トレーニング、プロアクティブ/リアクティブなハイタッチサポート、機会の特定、コンサルティングによる関係構築などの活動を通じて、シーメンスSimcenter製品の積極的な顧客利用を促進し、成長させます。地域のチームリーダーを鼓舞し、最も効果的なエンジニアリングリソースを投入することで、顧客ロイヤリティの向上、シーメンスDI SWの成長機会の創出、採用から拡大、更新に至る販売サイクル全体における顧客離脱率の低減を実現します。

この目的は、顧客が当社製品への投資収益率を最大化することに基づき、特にSimcenterポートフォリオを、製品ラインアップ全体にわたって地域内で継続的に成長させることです。

営業担当者と連携し、主要な顧客関係者と連絡を取り合い、技術的な機会の開拓や対応を支援することで、模範的にチームをリードすることが、この職務に求められる基本的なスキルとなります。

本ポジションは、グローバルファンクショナルチームおよび日本のシーメンスDIソフトウェアの一員として、全体的な収益創出を支援する重要な責任を担うシニアポジションです。

■職務の主な特徴

  • グローバルなSimcenterカスタマーサポート部門および日本経営陣と連携し、営業、製品管理、マーケティングと連携しながら、エンジニアリングサクセスチームの方向性を決定する。
  • 顧客中心のエンジニアリング文化をサポートするために、適切な体制と人材を確保する。
  • 組織の全レベルにおいて、カスタマー・エクスペリエンスに関する説明責任とオーナーシップを確立する。
  • サポート部門内および社内の主要ステークホルダーに対して、収益創出の機会を認識させる。
  • より効果的な顧客エンゲージメントのための新しく優れた方法論を可能にするイノベーションを育成し、変化を管理する。
  • チーム全体のKPIを継続的にモニタリング:日本全体のエンジニアリング活動の優先順位の基準を作成する。
  • 日本の経営陣などとともに、顧客拠点の主要ステークホルダーを定期的に訪問する

  • 経験豊富な地域チームのリーダーの採用と育成
  • スケーラビリティの制約の中で、効果的、タイムリー、プロアクティブ、リアクティブなサポートに集中できるよう、潜在能力の高い貢献者をチームに配置する。
  • 他のゾーンのSimcenterカスタマーサポートマネージャーと連携し、継続的な知識の共有と共有を図る。
  • チームリーダーとエンジニアにエンジニアリングの成功への情熱を植え付ける
  • 製品採用と顧客ロイヤルティにつながるチーム活動やディスカッションに定期的に参加する。
  • アカウントチームメンバーと共に追加サービスやソリューションの機会を特定する
  • 顧客に継続的な価値を提供し、更新を確実にし、長期的なアカウントの成長を促進するためのオーダーメイドのプログラムを開発し、実施する。
  • エンジニアリング・サポートの指標を収集し、顧客や社内関係者に提示する。
  • チームの強み、弱みを特定し、他地域と相談しながら日本チームのトレーニングや学習パスを開発する。

    • ■応募資格

  • エンジニアリングとシミュレーションの成功に情熱を持ち、社内チームや顧客のエンジニアリング部門やビジネスに良い影響を与えること。
  • 地理的に分散したリソースのチームを効果的に管理した経験のあるチーム志向の方(10年以上)
  • 少なくとも1つのSimcenter製品または工学分野に関する高度な工学知識(工学の修士号または博士号取得者優遇)
  • 顧客との関係および技術的プロジェクトを成功裏に管理した豊富な実績
  • エンジニアリング部門に高いスキルを持つ人材を惹きつけてきた歴史
  • 変化を促進する能力があり、ストレスの多い状況でも優れた能力を発揮できる。
  • 25%程度の出張が可能
  • 優れた労働倫理とリーダーシップ・スキル
  • 実績のある口頭および書面でのコミュニケーションスキル(英語必須)
  • 確かな組織能力

  • カスタマーサポートのマネージメントを5年以上経験していること
  • 人数の多い組織(50名以上、100名前後が望ましい)のマネージメント経験を5年以上有すること
  • エンジニアリング系ソフトウェアビジネスに営業、技術サポート、開発、サービスのいずれかで関わっていること
  • ビジネスレベルの英語能力(即時の読み書きができるだけでなく、会話によるコミュニケーションが深くできること)
  • グローバルビジネスの経験が長いこと(互いに言語、文化、考え方の違う人 ― 顧客、同僚、上司部下のいずれかと仕事をしていることを指します)論理的な思考を行い問題解決ができること。他者へそれを明確に説明し同意だけでなく共感を得ることができること
  • 権限委譲ができ後進の人材を育てることができること
  • 明確な手法と客観性で人事評価をできること。評価した方々にその手法を明示することができること
  • できる限り透明性を持ったマネージメントを行えること
