「水処理プラントの施工管理【大阪/水インフラトップクラス】」のポジションの求人です

【期待する役割・職務内容】

水処理施設工事を現場代理人兼監理技術者として担っていただきます。

・施工計画の作成

・工程、品質、安全、予算の管理

・その他の工事業者や発注者との打ち合わせ

※水処理施設の施工管理というと、管工事をイメージされる方が多いですが、実際はモーターやポンプ、計装機器の機械設置工事がメインとなります。

※現場への通勤に90分以上要する場合、社宅をご用意いたします。

■対象物件

安全な水を供給するための浄水施設、水を自然に還す浄化施設、工場など産業用の水循環システムや汚水処理施設、上水道施設・下水道施設といった水に関わる施設。

※受注規模は、数千万円~数十億円まで様々です。

■元請案件9割以上

与えられる裁量権が大きく、自身主導で業務を進められます。プロジェクトにおいて分業制を取っておらず、工事全体に関われるため身につく経験値も高いです。

■各種手当

・現場手当:約10,000円/月

・現場赴任手当:一時金150,000円

・宿泊手当:約40,000円/月

・資格手当:20,000円/月(施工管理技士1級/監理技術者等)

・帰省旅費:年24回

・現場への通勤に90分以上要する場合、社宅をご用意いたします。

45歳/東京勤務:9,009,000円

・分業制をとっていないので、工事全体に関わる様々なスキルを身につけることができます。
