【仕事内容】

水処理プラントにおける施工管理をお任せします。

  • 職務内容

水処理プラントにおける施工管理をお任せします。

具体的には、補修・改築の工事案件を中心に、打合せ・施工計画、施工管理等、工事完了までの一連業務を担当します。将来的には、現場代理人を目指していただきたいと考えています。

・繁忙期:下期に集中しており、メリハリをもって働ける環境です

・平均残業時間:月25時間程度

  • 出張について

・出張エリア:関西

・出張期間:数日~10日程度

・出張手当:30日未満・・・宿泊費9,500円/日、日当2,100円、その他手当有

30日以上・・・宿泊費7,600円/日、日当1,580円、その他手当有

・出張中の移動手段:出張先は郊外にあることが多く、公共交通機関で近くまで行き、その先はレンタカーを使用してご自身で現場まで行っていただくことがほとんどです。

  • 同社の働き方:

・年間休日は125日ございますが、業務や繁忙期によっては休日出勤いただく場合もございます。もちろん代休はとれますので、ご安心ください。

・他社に比べて繁忙期と閑散期が半年ずつと明確のため、閑散期には残業がほぼ0時間の月もあり、長期休暇の取得などもコントロールしやすいことが特徴です。

・有給休暇の平均取得日数は、11.2日です。

【年収例】500万円~750万円(年齢例:36歳~44歳)【月収例】29万円~44万円(年齢例:36歳~44歳)※経験・年齢を考慮の上、同社規定により優遇します。※上記金額は想定残業手当(月25時間程度)を含みます。昇給:年1回(10月)賞与:年2回(6月・12月)
