新築/既設改修の電気設備工事

現場規模は中規模~大規模。

商業ビルや複合商業施設、工場、大学、病院などが対象は様々です。

サブコン直下の施工チームとして電気設備工事に携わります。

そのため、管理範囲は広く、責任も大きいため、実力と自信がつきます。

インフラの電気設備/電気土木工事

高圧を要する急速EV充電設備から低圧のEV充電設備や、高圧受変電設備など、

電力供給に必要なインフラに関わる電気設備工事に携わります。

土木が中心になる現場も多いため、スキルの幅を広げることができます。

求める人材:

第一種電気工事士か、第二種電気工事士のどちらかの資格を保有している人材であり、電気工事士として現場経験のある人材を求めています。

勤務時間・曜日:

・勤務時間:08:00~17:00(所定労働時間7時間、休憩2時間)

・時間外勤務あり

※現場の繁忙状況により変動しますが、平均して通常時は5時間/月、繁忙時は30時間/月を目安にしてもらえればと思います。

※もちろん時間外手当(割増計算)をお渡しします。

休暇・休日:

・週休2日制(土隔週、日、祝)

・年間休日日数115日

・夏季休暇 ※8月に3~5日

・年末年始休暇 ※年末年始に5~6日

・現場工期などをみて自由に有休を取得できる社風です

※主に現場への直行直帰

給与:

・初任月給:260,000円~350,000円

・賞与:年2回(7月/12月)

※前年度実績:600,000~1,000,000円

・昇給:年1回(4月)+試用期間終了後
