Job Description:
We're seeking a passionate
Full-Time Event Coordinator
to join our dynamic team in
Tokyo
. This is your opportunity to shape the future of immersive live entertainment in Japan, working closely with local musicians, iconic venues, and our dedicated team to deliver exceptional events that establish EGA as a leader in the market. The role involves full event management, with frequent weekend and evening work.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute events from concept to completion, including pre-production, on-site coordination, and post-event wrap-up
• Manage teams of up to 10 staff and coordinate with multiple vendors, leveraging EGA's growing network of local service providers in Japan
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Japanese musicians, venues, promoters, and relevant local authorities to ensure seamless event delivery
• Ensure every event delivers a memorable, high-quality experience that reflects EGA's commitment to excellence and cultural sensitivity
• Collaborate with our marketing team to promote events via

• Monitor budgets, timelines, and logistics to keep events on track and within scope

Qualifications

• Can-do attitude and genuine passion for delivering outstanding concert experiences
• Strong knowledge of Tokyo / Japan's live music, classical, crossover, and entertainment scene
• Excellent stress management and problem-solving skills in fast-paced, high-pressure event environments
• Native-level
  Japanese
  (essential) + business-level
  English
  (required for internal communication)
• Passion for live entertainment and a drive to create experiences that resonate with Japanese audiences
• Familiarity with social media platforms relevant in Japan (Instagram, Twitter/X, LINE, TikTok) for event promotion is a strong plus
• Previous experience in event coordination / production preferred
