仕事内容:

【業務の概要】

不動産売買仲介および買取再販事業における、物件調査および契約書類の作成業務を委託します。3名の役員と連携し、取引の安全性を担保する極めて重要なプロセスを担っていただきます。

【具体的な業務】

  • 物件調査: 役所調査(法規・インフラ等)、現地調査、権利関係の確認
  • 書類作成: 重要事項説明書(重説)および売買契約書の起案・作成
  • 付随業務: 調査報告書のまとめ、および付帯資料の整理 ※重要事項説明の「説明(読み合わせ)」そのものについては、ご希望や資格状況に応じて別途相談可能です。

勤務時間・曜日:

原則自由(案件ごとの納期に基づき、ご自身で調整いただけます)。

調査: 各地の役所および物件現地

事務作業: フルリモート可

打ち合わせ: 必要に応じてWEB会議、または当社オフィス

給与:

報酬: 調査、契約関連書類作成、1案件あたり 20,000円〜

備考: 物件の規模、調査の難易度、作成書類のボリュームに応じて、案件ごとに事前に協議・決定します。

経費: 調査に伴う交通費、公的書類取得費用(謄本代等)は別途全額支給します。

待遇・福利厚生:

業務委託契約となります。

継続的な発注:能力や信頼関係に応じて、継続的に案件をご依頼します。

その他:

選考フロー: ポートフォリオ確認(過去の作成実績の概要など)> 面談 > 試行案件(1件) > 本契約
