どんな仕事?

自社開発部門で仕入れた土地に対して、木造アパートの基本計画から実施設計までを担当。

開発部門と連携し、エリアに合わせた建築プラン・コンセプトの企画にも携わります。

  • 具体的な業務内容

・用地仕入前のプラン検討

・商品企画

・役所や審査機関とのやり取り

・基本設計業務および進捗管理

  • 担当物件の目安(年間)

・新人:5件前後

・ベテラン:15~20件

※90~500m2規模の木造2~3階建て賃貸物件がメイン

※建物の金額:6,000万円~3億円程度

  • 配属予定部署(株式会社MAIへの出向)

・中途採用で活躍中の社員も在籍

・同フロアには約50名、設計部署以外にも賃貸管理・用地仕入部署があり相談しやすい環境

・入社後は先輩社員に同行して業務を学べる
