ポジション概要:
・超音波診断装置の販売支援(Pre Sales活動)と納品支援(Post Sales活動)を行います。
・担当エリアの病院を訪問し、製品の紹介・提案・説明・販売のサポート(Pre Sales活動)と製品の導入・運用のサポート(Post Sales活動)になります。
具体的な業務内容:
・エリアを任され、担当エリア内の営業、サービスと共に活動頂きます。
・お客様に対するPre Sales活動(PCプレゼン、実機デモ、検査立会いなど)とPost Sales活動(納品説明、検査立会い、KOLサポート、セミナー講師など)が主な仕事です。
・直行・直帰でも活動できるようにモバイル環境を整えているので、安心してお客様のもとへ外出できます。
・Pre Sales、Post Salesの活動を通じて長期スパンでお客様と接することができる仕事です。
このポジションに求められる実務経験 :
・病院などで超音波検査の経験のある方
・ステークスホルダーとの関係構築力、コミュニケーション力のある方
・普通自動車免許
・臨床検査技師、あるいは、診療放射線技師
・語学:英語に抵抗がない方

【契約期間】期間の定めなし
【試用期間】試用期間あり(原則として入社日より6ヶ月)
【業務内容】(雇入れ直後)上記のとおり(変更の範囲)会社の定める業務
【就業場所】(雇入れ直後)大阪オフィス、あるいは、全国主要オフィス(変更の範囲)会社の定める就業場所
【勤務形態】みなし勤務時間制
【就業時間】9:00-17:30、休憩時間:原則として12:00-13:00
【休日】毎週土曜日(所定休日)、日曜日(法定休日)、国民の祝日、年末年始(12月29日-1月4日)
【休暇】初年度有給休暇 最大20日間(2年度~5年度 20日/6年度以降 25日 付与)、CareLeave(年間10日間)、Sick Leave(年間最大30日間)ほか
【給与】基本給(年間)460万円~650万円 ご経験により考慮します
【賞与】セールスインセンティブ30%
※インセンティブは毎年3月に支給。(会社業績、部門業績、個人評価によって変動あり)
※年度途中入社者は対象期間中日割計算あり
