Responsibilities- Provide clinical and product support to healthcare professionals in hospitals and clinical settings.
- Deliver product education, in-service training, and clinical guidance to medical staff to support appropriate and effective product usage.
- Support internal commercial teams by providing clinical expertise and assisting with customer education activities as required.
- Attend and support clinical procedures or cases when necessary, in accordance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and hospital guidelines.
- Prepare, manage, and maintain demonstration equipment, training materials, and related accessories.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders.
- Support the achievement of departmental and organizational goals through assigned clinical, educational, and support activities.
- Develop and maintain knowledge in the following areas:
- Product and system functionality
- Clinical applications and indications
- Clinical workflow and procedural efficiency
- Internal processes related to training and clinical support
- Accurately document clinical support and training activities, manage expense reporting, and complete required administrative tasks using internal systems.
Required Skills And Experience
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in the medical device, healthcare, or related industry, or equivalent experience
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently
- High level of professionalism and compliance awareness
- Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams

Working Conditions
- Ability to travel domestically up to approximately 50%
- Flexibility to work outside standard business hours to support clinical cases or training activities when required
