神奈川エリアの戸建事業の拡販に向け、不動産・土地仕入れの体制強化のための増員募集です
仕事内容
戸建、分譲地、医療施設用地を中心に土地取得に関する情報収集、折衝交渉、各種調査をお任せします。
業務は神奈川営業本部、また各支店の分譲担当、営業と密に連携し、遂行いただきます。
詳細:
- 仕入情報入手: 法人営業(不動産会社や税理士法人、金融機関)、土地査定依頼対応
- 試算・検討: 現地調査、役所調査
- 価格提示・交渉: 対面、メール、電話、書類(購入意向表明書等)作成
- 土地購入稟議申請: 必要書類作成、関係部署との連携
- 土地契約決済: 売主面談、契約書類作成
- 商品化: 宅地造成等初期の部分担当、その後営業へ引継ぎ
求める経験・スキル(必須条件)
- 不動産業界での土地仕入れの経験をお持ちの方 (経験年数目安:5年)
- 宅地建物取引士資格

- ハウスメーカー・建売ビルダーでの仕入れ、または用地仕入れ担当経験
- 誠実な応対ができる方
- 明るく、前向きに取り組める方
- 土地だけでなく、建物に関心のある方

- ネットワークを広く持っている、又は持とうとしている方
