仕事内容
オフィスビルや商業施設・病院などに設置されている、業務用エアコンの洗浄・点検・修理を担当していただきます。
当社の案件はほぼ100%法人案件です。個人宅対応はありません。
今回は、業務用エアコンの洗浄・点検・修理経験をお持ちの方を高く評価する採用になります。
【具体的な業務】
- 業務用エアコンの洗浄
・分解、内部洗浄、組み立て、動作確認
・不具合対応(エラーコードの確認、原因の特定)
・修理見積もりの作成
・修理対応(対応可能な方のみ)

個人宅対応にありがちな細かな気遣いや過度なクレーム対応は少なく、作業を進めやすい現場が中心です。

スキルレベルに応じて、明確な給与規定があります。各種手当も豊富で納得感のある収入を得られます。
(3)直行直帰可
無駄な移動を減らし、現場と自分の時間に集中できる働き方が可能です。
(4) 大手メーカーのエンジニアとなるキャリアも
希望と適性に応じて、ダイキンのメーカー研修を受け、ダイキンのサービスエンジニアとして稼働するルートもあります。
【働き方Q&A】
Q. 1日に何件くらい回る?
基本的には1日1件です。小さな仕事だと1日2~3件となることもあります。
Q. 現場はどこ?
エリアは1都3県です。東京23区・川崎の現場が多めです。
Q. 夜勤はある?
月平均は5日ほどですが、ゼロのこともあります。(夜勤日数に応じた手当あり)
Q. 夜勤の時間帯は?
22時〜23時ごろスタート 朝6時までとなることが多いです。
早ければ2〜3時に終わることもあります。
Q. 夜勤明けですぐ次の仕事がある?
夜勤から休みなく日勤になることはありません。例えば月曜に夜勤があった場合、最短の出勤日は翌々日の水曜です。
Q. 休日はどう決まる?
月7日休みのシフト制です。月4日は希望休が叶います。
