We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to perform maintenance, inspection, and repair of dental treatment equipment at dental clinics based in Tokyo.
As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for:
Field support services, equipment inspections, and repair responses
Providing explanations to customers, presenting quotes, and negotiating prices
Products handled:
Dental equipment handled by our company (dental treatment chairs, CAD/CAM/CT devices, handpieces, etc.)
Other products not listed above, including in-house LAN equipment and systems, and connection with products from other companies within the network

Dental clinics and dental clinic staff
