Key Duties And Responsibilities
- 担当エリアのマーケットシェアを把握し、代理店と協力しながら、製品のマーケットシェアを上げる
- 個人の売上 / 受注 / 利益の年度目標数字を達成し、営業部の年度目標達成へ貢献する
- 正確な売上 / 受注 / 利益を維持管理し、フォーキャストの精度を上げる
- 部門内外の関係者に対して効果的な協働と良好なコミュニケーションを行う
- Project Management と協力し、市場の弊社製品の占有率を上げる
- ビジネスにつながるマーケット情報を取得・分析し、チームに共有する
- 当該リージョン戦略及び運営上プロセス策定へのフォローを行う
- 代理店 / コンサル / アンギオメーカー / 関係各社への教育活動を行う
Knowledge/Skills/Experience
必須
- 営業経験( 目安: 7年以上) ※医療機器営業・医療コンサルのご経験歓迎
- 医療機器市場についての十分な知識

- ビジネスレベルの英語力

Benefits
- フルフレックス(1日の所定労働時間 7時間 30 分)
- 標準就業時間 9 時 00 分~ 17 時 30 分(休憩 1 時間)
- 給与: ⽉ 額給与(30 万円~52 万円)基本給(24 万円~42 万円)+みなし残業手当(6 万円~ 10 万円:月 30 時間分)
- 賞与:年1回
- 想定年収:450 万円~750 万円 ※賞与含む
- 福利厚生:社会保険完備、確定拠出年金制度(401 K )、ベネフィット・ワン(カフェテリアプラン)
- 試用期間:3か月
