A. 設立から30年以上の歴史があり、千葉市本社と土浦市営業所を構える空調メンテナンス専門会社です。社員35名で業務拡大中です。

Q. 具体的に何をするの?

A. 業務用エアコンの点検・修理作業を行います。工具や測定機器、PCを使った定期点検、機械の不具合調査・修理、オーバーホール、設備工事が主な業務です。

A. 当社社員の9割以上が業界・職種未経験からスタートしています。最初は先輩社員と同行し、一から学んでいただけます。

普通自動車免許(AT可)が必要。

高卒、短大卒、専門卒、大卒、既卒、第二新卒歓迎

職種及び業界 未経験者歓迎。

当社の社員は9割以上が業界、職種未経験から始めています。一から学んでいただければ大丈夫です。

もちろん経験者も歓迎いたします。

機械の不具合から原因を推理して解決する楽しさがあったり、お客様に安全、安心、効率的に機械を使えるようアドバイスしたりとお客様から頼られたりとやりがいもありますよ。

勤務時間・曜日:

出勤日は平日と土曜日(3週に一度のみ出勤)の9時~18時00分

お客様の希望などにより上記時間帯以外や土日祝祭日などに出勤していただく場合もあります。(休日出勤手当あり)

勤務形態:変形労働時間制 固定時間制

・残業月20時間以内

休暇・休日:

土曜は3週に一度出勤。日曜祝祭日は休みです。

年末年始、夏季休暇、その他会社カレンダーによります。(年間休日120日。2025年)

アクセス:

・JR 西千葉駅または千葉駅よりバス。 下車後徒歩10分

・自家用車通勤 可(駐車場完備)

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥254,900 〜 ¥298,776は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥58,776(30時間相当分)を含む。30時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
