企画運営まで幅広い分野に挑戦できる

  • 不動産仲介営業

・物件紹介〜契約までのご案内

・電話/来店対応

・SNS対応

・物件現地の確認

・写真撮影・加工

・物件図面・資料作成

・ポータルサイト掲載

  • 不動産管理

・入居契約、各種書類作成

・更新業務

・家賃・建物管理

( 入金確認、建物状況確認 )

・賃料督促

・退去立ち合い、リフォーム提案

・設備トラブル対応、修理手配

・協力会社・大家さんとのやり取り

  • 自社物件の企画・運営

・時間貸し一戸建ての運営管理

・アトリエ付きアパート「はねとくも」

※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 22万8000円 〜

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり2万円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり12時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する
