――【仕事内容】

2022年12月にリニューアルオープンした『アルシェ』。ウェディングプランナーとして、お二人が実現したい理想のウェディングを叶えるため、そのプロデュースをしていただきます。

~具体的には~

*プランニングや打ち合わせ

*各種手続き対応

  • ブライダルフォト撮影のロケ先の許可取り、送迎バスの手配など

*ブライダルフォト撮影の同行

*プランのご提案

*御見積作成・ご提案

*その他、付随する事務業務全般

※打ち合わせはオンラインで行う場合もあります。

※1日の接客組数は平均2~3組

~入社後の流れ~

先輩が必ず一人つき、施設や基本的な商品について学んでいきます。当社は写真館が事業のスタートのため、ブライダルフォトに力を入れています。そのため、結婚式だけでなく、ブライダルフォトのプランニングも大事になります。お客様の希望をヒアリングしつつ、どこで撮影ができ、御見積がいくらになるかといった、一連の流れを先輩と一緒に経験しつつ、一つずつ業務を覚えていきましょう最初は既存のお客様を先輩から引き継ぎ、ゆくゆくは新規のお客様も担当していただく予定です。

異業種でも、接客や販売といったお客様と関わる実務経験がある方でしたら大丈夫今活躍しているスタッフのほとんどが新卒入社のため、業界知識ゼロから育成するノウハウが十分あります。業界にある常識にとらわれず、お客様の希望を100%叶えるためには何ができるか、想いに寄り添って行動できれば、スムーズに独り立ちできますよ*

プランナーとして一通りの業務を身に付けた後は、着付けやヘアメイクを行う美容系、または撮影のいずれかに特化して技術を高めていけます。いずれも専門的な技術研修をご用意しており、イチから成長可能得意分野を伸ばしていきたい方はもちろん、「今はまだやりたいことが分からない」という方も入社後に自分に合った道を探していけますよ。

接客・販売などの実務経験がある方(年数不問)

普通自動車運転免許をお持ちの方(AT限定可)

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日 〜 22日

10:00~20:00の間で実働8h(休憩1h)

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 18万6400円 〜

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり4万6600円 〜(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり30時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する
